Lost every Mustang key?
A Mustang with no keys gets new ones where it sits, no tow. Its VIN gives up the cut code, the van's machine shapes the blade, and programming runs through the diagnostic port.
Older cars, 1999 to 2010, often make the tool count down a security timer of roughly 10 minutes, and a number of them want two keys in memory before the engine will run, so both are quoted up front. On most 2011 and newer cars a coded exchange replaces the timer.
A 2015 and newer car gets its fob programmed for the immobilizer and the push-button start, with the emergency blade cut. The price is $60 above the regular key for your year. Show us the registration or title alongside a photo ID in your name; the lost keys then get wiped so they can no longer start the Mustang.
